A Healthy Outside Starts From the Inside

From a very young age helping others was something that came to me easily and effortlessly. I have been blessed to contribute to others through the years in many different ways, but Shiatsu has truly allowed for me to significantly impact others by improving the quality of their lives.

Please allow for me to humbly offer you a brief overview of my past, not to impress you, but to impress upon you that my life experiences place me in a very unique position to help others achieve their life targets, physically, spiritually and emotionally. I have been placed upon this earth to contribute.

The past 10 years, have seen me within a Fortune 500 organization, helping team members and their families improve their lives and life goals. This was a blessing that I will always cherish.

I have also served in the capacity of military service in my home country of Greece. After moving to the U.S. in 1995, and becoming a citizen after thirteen years, I have had the privilege to be a part of many teams here in the U.S., that provide crucial training and support to many of our warriors that place their lives in jeopardy on a daily basis. I thank them with all of my heart, as they have allowed me to be a part of their growth and survival.

Recent years have had me focusing deeply into East Asian medicine and healing arts. I have had the pleasure to help individuals decrease physical and emotional pain.

As I get older, I have realized how important it is to live a life that truly places you in a position of Joy!  So a decision was made to leave the corporate world, and pursue my dream of helping others heal from life traumas.

I am a father with a son and a husband to my beautiful wife, and spending time with them is most important to me.

At Way of Life Zen Shiatsu, I look forward to creating a safe space to help facilitate your healing.  I am honored to be a partner in your life's growth.

Thank you!
